useAsync in Vue

Vue interview exercise on Composables, difficulty 2 of 3. Solve it in the editor beside a worked example; the tests run the moment you do.

Write useAsync<T>(task: (...args) => Promise<T>) returning { data, error, loading, execute }: execute(...args) sets loading, runs the task and stores the result in data (or the error's message in error, clearing the other), then clears loading. If execute is called again before the previous run finished, the older result is ignored: only the latest call may write.

Each exercise pairs a worked example with a twin problem to solve in a real editor; the tests run the moment you do. Progress is saved in your browser, and in your account if you sign in.
