Write Rating with props `value` (number, default 0) and `max` (number, default 5): one <button class="star"> per star, with the class "on" for every star up to the value. Clicking a star emits `change` with its number (1-based); clicking the star that is the current value emits `change` with 0 (clearing). The component never changes its own value: the parent does, through the event.
