Reporting up with output() in Angular

Angular interview exercise on Inputs & outputs, difficulty 2 of 3. Solve it in the editor beside a worked example; the tests run the moment you do.

RatingComponent shows five <button class="star">, lit (class "on") up to the `value` input. Clicking a star emits its number (1 to 5) through a `rated` output. The parent owns the value: the component reports the click and changes nothing itself.

Each exercise pairs a worked example with a twin problem to solve in a real editor; the tests run the moment you do. Progress is saved in your browser, and in your account if you sign in.
