TodoApi.create(title) POSTs { title } to /api/todos and resolves with the created todo ({ id, title }). NewTodoComponent has an <input> and a <button class="save">: clicking calls the service, and once the answer arrives the todo appears in <ul> as <li>#id title</li> and the input is cleared.
