PhonesComponent keeps phone numbers in a FormArray named `phones` inside `form`, starting empty. <button class="add"> appends an empty control; each entry is an <input class="phone"> with a <button class="remove"> beside it; <p class="count"> says "N numbers". Numbers are required, so the form is invalid while one is empty.
