Debounced search with switchMap in Angular

SearchComponent keeps the typed text in a `query` signal and shows `results` from SearchApi.search(query): wait 30 ms after the last keystroke (debounceTime), skip repeated queries (distinctUntilChanged), switch to the newest search (switchMap), and never search for an empty query (results []). Render results as <li>.
